The Capercaillie, situated at the heart of
Breadalbane, is right on the main street of Killin overlooking the fabulous falls of Dochart. Killin is a picturesque village surrounded by several mountains over 3000 ft (Munros). It is located in the centre of Scotland in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park making it an ideal stopping point for access to the Highlands and Islands. Or, if your wanting to visit Edinburgh or Glasgow, they're only 90 minutes away by car.
Here at The Capercaillie we're all about value for money. We are open all year round providing a great service for a great price. We produce breakfasts, snacks, home baking, lunches and evening meals. It doesn't matter if your simply dining or staying the night in our accommodation, this is the place to be. So come enjoy a dram and relax in friendly company at our bar and stay in our comfortable ground floor rooms, which are en-suite and open onto the beautiful gardens. Dogs are very welcome.

They and their friendly and helpful staff, will ensure that you have a warm welcome, comfortable accommodation and quality homemade food. the restaurant, bar and accommodation have free wireless internet.
We regularly have large party bookings whether its a coach full of hill walkers or a local birthday party. Menus and prices for this can be negotiated with Myra. The restaurant seats 54 people.
